When will I receive my order confirmation?

We manually accept all orders. You should expect your confirmation email at least one business day after placing your order.

 
When will I be receiving my order?

All orders will be shipped 2-3 weeks after the stores deadline. Check the store banner or the store flyer sent to you for these details specific to you store. 

 

Can I exchange or return an item?

There are no exchanges or returns on anything that has been customized. (Customization includes: names, numbers, or any school logos.)
If we incorrectly spell a name or put the wrong number, please give us a call before sending in any product, and we will be happy to replace it.  You can contact our web team at 978-655-7535.

 
Shipping Rates/ Shipping Locations

Shipping locations are determined by the stores contact.
·   Any order going to the school/one location will have a standard $6.99 shipping cost. Orders will be distributed by the stores contact.
·  Any order going to individual homes will have a UPS generated cost. All orders will ship UPS ground. You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order is packaged and shipped.

 

Can I get my name or number added if it isn't an option on the store?

Customization on items is determined by the stores contact. We cannot add any additional customization (This includes: names, numbers, or any school logos) to any of the items if it is not offered on the store. 


I missed my store deadline how to I place my order? 

We do not take any add on or late orders.  Each store is fully custom and all items are ordered specifically for the store.  If you wish to purchase an additional piece, a new order will have to be placed, and any production minimums will apply.


Can I ship my order internationally?

Due to freight cost and customs issues no order can be shipped internationally.
