Core Responsibilities
- Setup: Read production orders to find the correct design, placement, fabric, and thread colors.
- Operation: Thread machines, wind bobbins, hoop materials tightly, and run single or multi-head equipment.
- Quality Control: Watch the stitching process to catch thread breaks, puckering, or machine errors early.
- Maintenance: Clean equipment, oil moving parts, replace needles, and report major technical problems.

- Work with production in locating missing product
Core Responsibilities
- Press Operation: Setup and run multi-color automatic
- Registration & Setup: Align films and screens accurately to ensure perfect multi-color registration on garments.
- Ink Management: Prepare inks for printing
- Quality Control: Inspect for accuracy and continuously check production for misprints, dye migration, or blurring.
- Garment Handling: Properly load and unload apparel onto platens while maintaining high-speed production targets.
- Curing & Maintenance: Monitor dryer temperature and belt speed to ensure correct ink curing, and perform daily press teardown and cleaning.
- Additional: Burn, Coat, clean screens
- Machine Operation: Set temperature, pressure, and time parameters on industrial heat seal machines.
- Product Preparation: Align garments, verify order accuracy, and position logos or ID tapes correctly.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished items for secure bonding, proper placement, and alignment.
- Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning and minor troubleshooting on the press equipment.
