In the event of a breach or intrusion or otherwise unauthorized access to cardholder data stored at or for Prime Time Sports, Inc. shall immediately notify the card holder.  In the event of a breach or intrusion Prime Time Sports, Inc. acknowledges any/all costs related to breach or intrusion or unauthorized access to cardholder data entrusted to Prime Time Sports, Inc. deemed to be the fault of Prime Time Sports, Inc. shall be the liability of Prime Time Sports, Inc. Prime Time Sports, Inc. agrees to assume responsibility for informing all such individuals in accordance with applicable.

The information we collect on our order forms is used solely for placing orders as requested. Information sent to us by e-mail (for example, to inquire about some matter) is kept strictly confidential unless released by sender.

In gathering traffic statistics, our web server automatically recognizes domain names of visitors, but not their e-mail addresses. This information is available to us to help us serve our visitors better.

We NEVER give (nor sell) our customers e-mail address, domain name, other contact information or any order information to any other person, business or organization.
