There are no returns or exchanges on any customized items or garments (this includes school logos, names, and numbers, etc.).
All orders will ship 3-4 weeks after the stores deadline. Check the store banner or the store flyer sent to you for these details specific to your store. For any further questions, call our Webstore department, (978)-655-7535.
We reserve the right to substitute any style for a similar item at the same cost if inventory issues occur.
We reserve the right to change logos or embellishment style if orders do not meet minimum printing requirements.
Any order placed on ptsteam.com may be refunded instead of produced if the minimum order requirements agreed upon by your store facilitator are not met.
Unused blank garments returned to us within 30 days of being received from the ship date will be credited back to your account. Only goods that are in original packaging and still in unused condition will be accepted for credit. The buyer is responsible for all return freight costs. Shipping charges are non- refundable. Shipping will only be refunded in instances where the return is a result of an error by Prime Time Sports.
Returns that do not meet the terms and conditions above and are not authorized through customer service, and are returned to Prime Time Sports, will be disposed of and will not be eligible for refund. No Exceptions.
Defective Return Policy
There are no returns or exchanges on customized items (this includes school logos, names and numbers, etc.), unless the items are defective. Every item that we sell meets our highest standards for quality. It is our experience that through proper care and use almost all defects will be evident in the first 60 days after purchase. For an exchange or full refund, defective garments are allowed to be returned up to 60 days after the date of purchase.

Defective product that is returned to Prime Time Sports without a return authorization through Customer Service will be disposed of and not eligible for refund. No Exceptions.

Pricing
Prime Time Sports makes every effort to keep our Web Site as accurately as possible, but we do reserve the right to correct pricing errors posted on the website.
Shipping
Shipments are processed from Prime Time Sports in Lawrence, MA. All orders will be shipped UPS. Prime Time Sports will add special air freight if needed to meet specific deadlines. All shipping and handling fees are calculated during the checkout process.
Terms
Prime Time Sports uses Authorize.net. All payments must be made at checkout.
