Prime Time Sports was founded by John Vetrano in 1995 and has grown to become New England’s Premier Team Dealer. It was built around the concept of offering the highest quality products on the market at discounted team pricing, but what truly sets us apart is our commitment to customer service and building relationships. It remains our number one priority and is why we continually strive to improve all aspects of the business to remain on trend.
Located in Lawrence, MA, Prime Time Sports operates everything under one roof: Our warehouse, administration, sales, customer support, web store development, art design, embroidery and screen printing. This provides for quick turnaround times and faster delivery to our customers. In addition, our warehouse stocks a multitude of core items reducing delivery times even more.
As one of Nike’s Elite Partners, we have access to all Nike’s lines: Accessories, Golf, Retail, Swim, Team, etc. This access allows our customers a multiple of options for both on and off the field. Additionally, we maintain relationships with other vendors that can satisfy any apparel and footwear needs a team may have.
Our client base is all encompassing and no job is too big or too small. Our customers range from Divisions I, II, and III colleges to high schools and prep schools; town youth leagues and club teams; corporate customers and the small business owner; even family events or something just for fun.

TEAM ORDERS - FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
All orders will ship 14 business days after the ART APPROVAL. Any changes made after ART APPROVAL will extend the expected ship date.
Your sales representative will communicate any backorders prior to placing your order. All dates are estimated time arrivals for when garments are expected to be delivered to our vendors’ facilities. Dates can change without notice and your ship date will continue to be extended. Please contact your sales representative for any updates on backorders.
NO RETURNS will be accepted on printed, washed, or decorated merchandise. All claims must be made within 72 hours of receipt of goods. Only goods that are in original packaging and still in unused condition will be accepted for credit. The buyer is responsible for all return freight costs. Shipping charges are non- refundable. Shipping will only be refunded in instances where the return is a result of an error made by Prime Time Sports. All returns must have prior authorization and may be subject to a 20% restocking charge. Please contact your Sales Representative or Customer Service Representative for an RA#.
All Sample Orders will be billed until merchandise is returned. Samples are due to be returned to our facility within 30 days of delivery. No samples will be accepted after 30 days and you will be charged full retail for the garment. If the sample is being used towards an order, the sales team will communicate with customer service to void the sample invoice and use the product towards your new order.
A price given to you by a sales representative will reflect the garment and art initially requested. During the approval process if any garment or art changes are made, there may be an increase/decrease on your quote based off of these changes. Either a sales representative and/or a customer service representative will communicate the price increase. An updated order approval will be sent if requested by the customer.
All orders ship via UPS. Once your order is fully produced and shipped from our facility, a detailed tracking number is emailed to the contact on the order. If an email address appears to be incorrect, please contact customer service immediately at 978-688-3300.
